Zhengli Marine Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhengli Marine Engineering), founded in September 1996, is a green marine builder providing services mainly including salvage operations of sunken ships and objects, emergency rescue and salvage operations at sea, diving operations, offshore wind power and new energy engineering and operation and maintenance, submarine cable and pipeline laying, bridge construction, port and waterway (coastal) construction engineering, etc. The company has ten fleets and more than 400 employees, including hundreds of registered first-class architects, senior engineers, engineers, professional divers, diving supervisors and doctors, high-altitude workers, and other professional and technical personnel with perfect water and underwater operation capabilities.

The sound management system, good business reputation, and positive corporate culture have laid the foundation for Zhengli Haihaizi to be a leading private enterprise in the industry, and have been highly recognized by all parties: obtaining the second-level certificate for maritime salvage capability and credit evaluation, the second-level certificate for diving service capability and credit evaluation, the third-level qualification for general contracting of port and waterway engineering construction, and the third-level qualification for general contracting of power engineering construction.  At the same time, it has obtained the QEHS management system certificate issued by DNV. GL Group, the quality management system certificate issued by China Classification Society Quality Certification Company (CCSC), and the shipping company safety management system compliance certificate issued by the maritime authority.

In the past few years, Zhengli has made great achievements: in 2016, entrusted by Shanghai Salvage Bureau, it participated in the construction of the key link of "steel beam bottom support" of the Sewol sunken ship in South Korea, laying a good foundation for the smooth floating of the ship.In the same year, the successful off-loading project of the "Gang Tai Tai Zhou" ship in the Jinmen waters of Taiwan was completed;In August 2017, entrusted by the Norwegian GARD P&I Club, successfully completed the salvage project of the "SE PANTHEA" ship;In January 2018, participated in the anti-pollution and decontamination project of the "Sangji" ship;In September 2018, the emergency rescue project of the "APL LOS ANGELES" was completed.

From 2014 to 2016, Zengli Marine Engineering and China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group Co., Ltd. had in-depth cooperation and participated in the construction of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, witnessing this great century project together.From 2016 to 2018, Zengli Company did not forget its original aspiration and nostalgia.  After completing the construction task of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, it quickly returned to Pingtan to support the construction of its hometown and invested in the construction of the Pingtan Strait dual-use highway and railway bridge.

Since 2016, Zhengli Marine has been visionary, focused on planning, seizing opportunities, and industrial upgrading.  In less than two years, it has built and introduced first-class equipment and professionals, and fully entered the construction of offshore wind power.  The self-developed and constructed "Shunyi 1600" multi-function wind power engineering ship has played various functional advantages of the ship after entering the Guangdong Yudean Zhanjiang Wailuo offshore wind power project, and operated efficiently.On July 1, 2018, it completed its debut and successfully sank the largest single pile in the South China Sea.

In 2019, the company successfully completed the pile-sinking project of 36 single piles for the first phase of the Guangdong Zhanjiang Wailu Wind Farm.Currently, it is carrying out the construction work of wind power foundation single piles and wind turbine assembly in the second phase of the Pinghai Bay Wind Farm in Putian, Fujian Province, and the Pingtan Dalian Wind Farm of China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group.  As always, Zhenli Offshore Engineering will adhere to the scientific outlook on development, further emancipate the mind, promote innovation, and continue to adhere to the international vision, forward-looking thinking, first-class equipment, high-precision technology, and all-round service.  With the development layout of enterprise transformation, we will cherish the beautiful vision of building a world-class comprehensive service professional enterprise in marine engineering, keep in mind the mission of connecting the rescue cause on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, serving the development and construction of marine engineering, and assisting the development of new energy of offshore wind power.We will strive to go abroad and face the world;and actively respond to the call of the country's "green mountains and clear waters", focus on the new development trend of marine economy, be a "pioneer" in the marine engineering industry, and make new contributions to promoting the development of national marine economy!
