On November 8, the China-Pacific Island Countries Cooperation Seminar on Marine Disaster Prevention and Mitigation was held in Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone, Fujian Province.

Themed with "Promoting Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Cooperation and Creating a Resilient Island Future", the symposium focused on issues of common concern to Pacific Island countries, such as climate change, marine disaster risks, blue economy and development.Officials from Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, Fiji, Samoa and other Pacific Island countries, as well as more than 10 countries in Asia, Africa, South America and other regions, and relevant international organizations such as the United Nations, representatives of embassies in China, Xu Dachun, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Natural Resources of China, Lin Wenbin, Vice Governor of Fujian Provincial People's Government, Lai Jun, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone, and nearly 200 leaders and experts from marine management departments, scientific research institutions and universities attended the symposium.  Zhengli Marine Engineering participated in the symposium and gave a speech on the stage.

The company plans to go public in 2025 and will closely follow the national macro strategic layout, strengthen the construction of talent team, take "scientific and technological innovation" as the lead, take "marine safety" as the goal, take "resource integration" as the means, take "equipment innovation" as the starting point, plan for the upcoming new highland of offshore wind power operation and maintenance in the next five years or so. Drive equipment manufacturing, investment and financing cooperation, terminal resources, terminal regional economy, offshore fixed platform construction, offshore sightseeing tourism, marine ranch, data information centralized control and other extensions to the offshore wind power industry chain service terminal field, maximize the benefits of offshore wind power new energy construction achievements, and contribute to the realization of the strategy of building a strong maritime country and the "30, 60" dual carbon goal.
